We kick off our adventure on Day 1 with a morning pickup, heading east toward the lush canopy of the Mabira Central Forest Reserve, where we’ll immerse ourselves in the towering ancient trees and vibrant birdlife before stopping for a relaxing lunch. Continuing our journey to Jinja, the adrenaline capital of East Africa, we’ll cap off the afternoon by boarding a boat for a sunset cruise to the Source of the Nile, watching the waters of Lake Victoria begin their long journey north as the sky turns golden.

After checking into 2 Friends Jinja for our full-board stay, we’ll gear up on Day 2 for an exhilarating morning of white-water rafting, navigating the legendary rapids of the Nile for a high-octane experience on the river. Following a well-earned lunch to refuel after our river exploits, we’ll begin our scenic drive back to Entebbe, reflecting on our whirlwind tour of the Nile’s headwaters.
