2x- Lodge
With an early morning pickup, we depart for Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest and oldest conservation area, stopping for a scenic lunch along the way before crossing the Nile. Our afternoon is dedicated to our first game drive through the palm-dotted savannah, where we’ll track massive herds of elephants, Rothschild’s giraffes, and perhaps even a leopard, before settling into the historic Paraa Safari Lodge for our full-board stay overlooking the river.
On Day 2, we’ll board a morning boat cruise to the base of the falls, navigating past pods of hippos and giant Nile crocodiles to witness the world’s most powerful waterfall squeezing through a narrow 7-meter gorge. After refueling with lunch at the lodge, we’ll head out for more game drives that lead us to the Top of the Falls, where we can feel the ground vibrate from the sheer force of the water cascading into the Devil’s Cauldron.
Finally, on Day 3, we’ll enjoy a final breakfast by the Nile before we begin our return journey to Entebbe, pausing for a local lunch along the route as we reflect on our wildlife encounters.
