A cross border safari from Kenya to Tanzania offers an exceptional experience. From the wildlife packed Maasai Mara, to Amboseli National park with its picturesque view of Mt Kilimanjaro and up close experience with large herds of elephants. Sweeping Serengeti plains combined with the Ngorongoro conservation area offers a perfect game viewing experience.
On arrival JKIA or pick up from our Nairobi Hotel, we will drive to Lake Naivasha on the floor of the Great Rift Valley arriving for lunch, have time to relax and enjoy the cool climate and the birds that swarm the lakeside. Lunch will be at the Fish Eagle Inn. Later depart to take a boat ride with an option to take us up to Crescent Island for approximately 3 hrs. Lake Naivasha is known for large hippo life; it is also the country’s second largest fresh water lake. Bird lovers will find a haven of bird species and there are plenty of more common animals like antelopes, hippos, and buffalo. Those seeking an expedition of a lifetime will enjoy a fulfilling boat trip, which by far is the best way to explore the lake. Meals and overnight will be at Fish Eagle Inn.

Today we drive on the Rift Valley floor to Narok, a colorful Maasai township onwards we arrive at the Camp where we check in for lunch. After a short rest we embark on our first evening game drive in the vast game reserve. The Mara is an extension of the Serengeti in Tanzania and all the “Big Five” are found here. With some luck we may already see some of them today. We return to the Camp at sunset for dinner and overnight.

Early morning game drives before breakfast. Today we have an opportunity for optional balloon ride excursion (Excursion at extra costs and the excursion must be pre-booked).
Further morning and afternoon game viewing drives will ensure that there is no dull moment in the Mara. Simply stated, the Maasai Mara is a one stop for game and scenery viewing.

After our breakfast we leave the hotel and drive to Spekebay via Isebania. Located on the shores of Lake Victoria, we get to enjoy the peacefulness and wander around the Lodge’s savannah looking for birds.

After breakfast we will leave with lunch boxes and visit the local fishing village for a fishing experience. We then proceed to the world famous Serengeti plains game drive en-route in search of the Big Five taking advantage of the heightened activity of the animals in the evenings. The Serengeti National Park is the oldest National Park in Tanzania and has a population of approximately 25,000 large animals. Check-in at the Seronera Wildlife Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Early after breakfast, we leave the camp with our lunch boxes to start game drive at Serengeti. We will explore the beautiful environment of Serengeti National park. Then in the afternoon we will get a stop for lunch, and then get back to game drive until evening, when we go back to the Camp for dinner and overnight.

Today we pack our bags and leave after an early after breakfast, into the Ngorongoro crater for a game drive inside the crater. This area is one of best place in the world; after morning game drive, we will stop for a lunch at picnic site, then back to game drive until evening.

We start our day with breakfast and our picnic lunchboxes and go for a short drive to Lake Manyara National Park on our way towards the Eastern Escarpment of the Great Rift Valley. Our drive is more scenic passing through the lovely farming villages, plantations, and cultural towns. We spot wild animals like Elephants, Baboons, Gazelles, Giraffes, Zebras and many more as well as large flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the lake.

Today we spend the day at the lodge where we have the chance to discover the surrounding areas and get introduced to the Maasai cultures which has stayed unchanged for centuries.

After our breakfast we drive west headed to Amboseli National Park. We will have our lunch at Loikotok and proceed for an afternoon game drive in the park. In the evening, we check in at Oltukai Lodge

After breakfast, we enjoy a morning game drive in Amboseli National Park and return to the Lodge for lunch. Amboseli National Park is famous for its large herds of elephants in the spectacular backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro- the highest mountain in Africa. Lions and cheetahs can be spotted in the morning. Amboseli Park also hosts a variety of plain game such as giraffes, impalas, gazelles, and wildebeests. In the swampy sections of the park, hippos and lots of water birds can be seen.

Today we bid goodbye to our Africa safari and are transferred to Nairobi for departure.
